As of December 31, 2009, there was a change in vision and direction of KLSS as a result of a change in ownership. This change in ownership creates many opportunities for KLSS and its employees. "We strongly believe that our employees are the key to our past and future success," Nicholas T. Borton (Managing Partner) stated. "We are excited about the opportunities available to us in the future and intend to aggressively grow our core service business, enhance our strong relationships with customers and expand into new markets."
Mr. Borton and Minda L. Moore (Managing Partner) will continue to provide strong leadership and direct the company with the same innovation, flexibility and customer service that has been the foundation of KLSS since 1997. They are committed to support management's growth initiatives, increase the scope of the company's services and ensure the company's long-term strength.
"We will leverage KLSS's 12 years of experience in providing service to the DoD to help us expand into other strategic market spaces in order to provide our client's with "leading-edge" technology and business management services. We will continue to work closely with our customers to provide capabilities that meet their Aerospace Defense requirements," Moore stated. "We are looking to expand our market share into the Intelligence community, specifically with the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB and with the National Geospatial Agency (NGA)".
